چکیده
Abstract Irradiated fuel based on UO 2 is expected to be disposed of in an underground repository according a “once-through” cycle policy. In addition, those countries that have chosen reprocessing their irradiated will also need this kind repository. There international consensus option as the best dispose properly high-level waste. multiple-barrier concept repository, pellet first barrier release fission products (FP) environment. Nevertheless, after storage times several thousand years, it foreseen groundwater penetrate and infiltrate emplacement, eventually interact with spent fuel. Upon contact both, matrix FP might released. Because water radiolysis, uranium oxidized from its tetravalent state hexavalent uranyl ion, being known far more soluble than (IV). Then, during oxidative-dissolution depending surface/volume ratio, secondary phases (containing 2+ ) precipitate at whole pH range. These play essential role radionuclide final disposal environment due capacity seize trace radioelements, therefore, reduce radionuclides mobility. Some important can into inner solid structure. Here, we examine state-of-the-knowledge advances potentially formed under relevant conditions. An overview likely compounds conditions, well progress made concerning experimental data field presented. Graphical abstract

The complex formation of uranyl ions (UO(2+)2) with poly(methacrylic acid) (PMAA) was investigated by potentiometric, conductometric, UV-visible, luminescence and FTIR spectroscopic, and thermal analysis methods. The stoichiometric ratio at complexation between polymer and uranyl ions was found to be equal to 2 polymer base units per uranyl ion. FTIR spectra of the PMAA-UO(2+)2 complex confirme...
متن کاملA systematic review on reminder systems in physical therapy
Background: The main goal of physical therapy is to help the patient gain a better health status. Several studies have investigated the use of reminders to prevent such failures on the patients’ side. This article presents a systematic review of the literature concerning reminders in physical therapy. Methods: Databases were searched until May 2017 and literatures were found from April 1...
متن کاملA Polarographic Study of Uranyl-Salicylate and Uranyl-Phthalate Complex Formation in Acidie Solutions
The d. c. and a. c. polarography and cyclic voltammetry were applied to the study of uranyl-salicylate and uranyl-phthalate complexes. The study was limited to the pH range <5, because insoluble uranyl-hydroxydes are formed above this pH value. Uranyl-salicylate and -phthalate are irreversibly reduced. The electrode process is preceded by the chemical reaction of the complex with protons. By th...
متن کاملRationing in health systems: A critical review
Background: It is difficult to provide health care services to all those in need of such services due to limited resources and unlimited demands. Thus, priority setting and rationing have to be applied. This study aimed at critically examining the concept of rationing in health sector and identifying its purposes, influencing factors, mechanisms, and outcomes. Methods: The c...
